His Excellency, The Most Reverend Larry J. Kulick, JCL, Bishop of Greensburg, has made the following announcement and appointments:  

Effective February 23, 2026:

Leave of Absence:

The Reverend Richard J. Kosisko, JCL, will continue on a medical leave of absence while remaining as Pastor of Saint Mary, Mother of God Parish, Freeport.

Administrator:

The Very Reverend Daniel L. Blout, VF, Administrator of Saint Mary, Mother of God Parish, Freeport, while remaining in all other assignments and in residence at Saint Margaret Mary Parish rectory, Lower Burrell.

Effective February 27, 2026:

Pastoral Supply:

The Reverend Michael J. Crookston as Sacramental and Pastoral Supply to Saint Mary, Mother of God Parish, Freeport.

Effective April 13, 2026: 

Resignation:

The Reverend Michael P. Sikon has voluntarily resigned as Pastor of Saint Barbara Parish, Harrison City, Pennsylvania and from all other Diocesan appointments. 

Medical Leave of Absence:

The Reverend Michael P. Sikon has been granted a continuation of his leave of absence for medical reasons with private residence.

Administrator

The Reverend Daniel E. Carr, Administrator of Saint Barbara Parish, Harrison City, Pennsylvania while remaining as Pastor of Saint Regis Parish, Trafford, Pennsylvania, and in all other Diocesan appointments while remaining in residence at Saint Regis Parish rectory in Trafford.

Change of Residence:

 The Reverend Daniel O. Iletogbe, while remaining as Parochial Vicar of Saint Barbara Parish, Harrison City and Saint Regis Parish, Trafford with residence now at Saint Barbara Parish rectory, Harrison City.

 Diocesan Tribunal:

Effective February 12, 2026:

The Reverend Anthony J. Carbone, JCL, Judge on the Diocesan Tribunal, for a term of five years, while continuing as Pastor of Holy Trinity Parish, Ligonier, Pennsylvania, Director of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith and Bishop’s Liaison for Consecrated Life.

Effective April 13, 2026: 

The Reverend Daniel J. Ulishney, JCL, resigns as Defender of the Bond on the Diocesan Tribunal and is appointed as Judge on the Diocesan Tribunal for a period of five years, while continuing as Pastor of Saint Agnes Parish, North Huntingdon and all other Diocesan appointments.
