Diocesan Tribunal:

Effective February 12, 2026:

The Reverend Anthony J. Carbone, JCL, to Judge on the Diocesan Tribunal, for a term of five years, while continuing as Pastor of Holy Trinity Parish, Ligonier, Pennsylvania, Director of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith, and Bishop’s Liaison for Consecrated Life.

Effective March 22, 2026:

The Reverend Daniel J. Ulishney, JCL, to Defender of the Bond on the Diocesan Tribunal for a term of five years, while continuing as Pastor of St. Agnes Parish North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.

Administrator:

Effective February 23, 2026:

The Very Reverend Daniel L. Blout, VF, as Administrator of Saint Mary, Mother of God Parish, Freeport, Pennsylvania while remaining in all other assignments and in residence in Saint Margaret Mary Parish Rectory, Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania.

The Reverend Richard J. Kosisko, JCL, will continue on a medical leave of absence while remaining as Pastor of Saint Mary, Mother of God Parish, Freeport, Pennsylvania.
