The Art of Accompaniment Workshop

The Diocese of Greensburg in partnership with The Institute for Ministry Formation invites you to join in a workshop in ‘The Art of Accompaniment’ with Kristin Molitor and Fr. Boniface Hicks, OSB. The Art of Accompaniment is foundational for everything in the life of a parish—from hospitality to pastoral care evangelization and Catechesis. Learning this art will multiply fruitfulness our ministry improve quality personal lives. Join us for a three-day workshop where you will learn the basic principles of accompaniment including the value of intentional listening to help you foster transformative conversations and cultivate genuine relationships centered around Christ, as well as developing a deeper understanding of the interior life and the dynamics of growth in the spiritual life. By participating in this workshop, you will also have the chance to receive personalized accompaniment and to practice accompaniment using a Spiritual Inventory developed by Fr. Boniface.

The cost is $150 and includes lunch
