I have an older sister, and a younger brother and sister.  My mother and father have been separated for a very long time.  My mother is a fundamentalist Bible Christian.  My older sister and younger brother converted to the Catholic faith before I did.  Neither one of them are practicing the faith now.  I have four nieces, one nephew, and one great niece.

Where did you get your undergraduate degree?
Harrisburg Area Community College.

Did you have a job prior to entering the seminary?
I served in the United States Marine Corps for 13 years, I than work for PennDOT for 25 years.

Tell us about some of your hobbies.
Reading, walking, sudoku

Tell us your vocation story.
I had a wonderful Monsignor who first talked to me about the priesthood as I was in RCIA classes to enter Holy Mother Church.  After entering the church this Monsignor encouraged me to apply to the Diocese of Harrisburg and I did but was not accepted.  A number of years later as I was driving to a hockey game, I received a phone call from Bishop Malesic asking me to consider a call to the priesthood for the Diocese of Greensburg.

What is a typical day like for you?
Pray the office of Readings and Morning Prayer first thing in the morning, then go to morning Mass, then to classes, and then to evening prayer.  Then studying for the rest of the night.

What do you look forward to in becoming a priest?
To give my life in service to our Lord, His Church, and His people.  To bring our Lord to His people in the Holy Eucharist, and to bring them back to our Lord in confession.  To be a holy and humble priest.

Who would you say has been your biggest mentor throughout this process?
Monsignor William King
